1 - Charger or Battery defective:
The charger of  the batteries for the slim or pen works as follows:
1a, If you unscrew the battery into the charger and then plug the charger into the light,
the battery should be approx 3 times flashing and the light from the charger jump from green to red.
1b, If the battery is charged, the charger turns back to green again.
