Return policy:
Every customer can send back the product within 7 days under information of reasons (postal costs payed on customer) and gets back the money after arrive the product to us. In addition you simply send within 7 days an email to us and we give you the back send address. Exception are special for the customer made products (e.g., designer cigars).
